This rental includes the entire acre of property, the house, the 3 cabins, the playground and pool/bbq area.

Also a private pool in backyard of the house with privacy fence. The house itself sleeps up to 12 and each cabin sleeps 6.

3 bdr, 2 bath house. 20 x 20 addition living room which is the front entrance and also connects to a door to walk out on the covered porch and a fenced front yard. There is a full sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. Entering the main house is another living room, a big open kitchen with an island and a dining area. Off the kitchen is the coffee bar with a desk which has a side door entrance and exit to the playground, firepit, and swimming pool area. Bedroom 1 is the master and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a 5ft walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk bed. All rooms have TVs. There is also a back door leading to a fenced backyard. Included is a laundry shed with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Cabins are 1 bedroom, full size kitchen fully stocked, living room, and 1 bath. 2 of the cabins have 2 full beds in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room with tv in both. 1 cabin has king bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room.

 

OUTDOOR SPACE

27 ft above ground pool with a wrap around deck, a bbq picnic cabana with seating, and a nightime firepit with furniture for seating. There is also a playground for the children.
